November Regional Networking Event: Transforming Interactions with Patient Access Centers
Bluetree Network’s Austin Brandt and Daniel Fleisher will lead an interactive presentation on best practices for implementing and optimizing patient access centers. Fleisher led the development of the University of Miami Health System's UHealthConnect, a 200-agent centralized patient access center that supports scheduling, registration, and customer service for a 1,000-physician, 60-clinic academic practice. In 2014, UHealthConnect was recognized by the International Customer Manager Institute (ICMI) for "Best Strategic Value to the Organization" at the Global Contact Center Awards.
Brandt, a healthcare IT professional with seven years of project management and system build experience, most recently worked at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, where he partnered closely with Patient Access operations to design and implement systems to support their organizational goals.
